  • 2. How are GreenCubes compared to used box?

    GreenCubes are cleaned after each use. With used boxes, you don’t know what they were used for, which may contain dirt or other substances that you don’t want on your stuff. With all the convinience and value added, greenCubes rental packages give a better value than new and even used cardboard boxes.
    Conclusion: We still offer you a better VALUE compared to used box, and most of all IT’S GREENER WAY TO MOVE! SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

  • 3. What is the size of the boxes?

    24 inches L x 20 inches W x 12.5 inches H.

  • 4. How much weight that each GreenCube can handle?

    Each GreenCube is rated at 45 – 50 lbs and they can be stacked 5 boxes high on dolly or 6-7 boxes high on truck.

  • 6. How do I Order GreenCubes?

    Step 1: Reservation
    Order online on GreenCubesboxrentals.com, OR call us at 1-877-GRN-CUBE (476-2823) OR email us at sales@greencubesboxrentals.com

    Let us know your contact information, how many greenCubes & greenWardrobe needed, your moving supplies order, drop off and pick up date & location and method of payment.

    Step 2: We will confirm the reservation
    Please note that when you submit order online or via email, it has NOT been confirmed yet until you get confirmation from us. At the time of confirmation, we will take your payment information. We currently accept Debit Card, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card or American Express), money order, cashier checks, and cash. Sorry, no personal check accepted.

  • 7. Do we need to be home during the Drop Off and Pick Up?

    Yes, we do need someone to be at home during the Drop Off and Pick Up. We will do a count of the GreenCubes during the drop off and the pick up. The amount of the GreenCubes that we pick up should be equal to the amount that we dropped off. We will charge your account for any missing GreenCube.

  • 8. Can I keep the GreenCubes longer if I need to?

    We will try our best to accommodate your extension. Please let us know IMMEDIATELY or at least 48 hours if you need to keep them for an EXTRA WEEK.

  • 9. Do greenCubes accept partial return?

    We do NOT accept partial return nor prorate the renting period daily.

  • 10. Can I split a larger package with my friend and have the GreenCubes being drop Off/ Pick up at Multiple locations?

    No. We will drop off all of the boxes that you ordered at one location and also pick them up from one location. Each different location will be considered as a separate order.

  • 11. Do I need to keep my rented GreenCubes clean?

    Yes, you are expected to keep your rented GreenCubes reasonably clean and safe. We recommend that you keep the boxes indoor to avoid unnecessary dirt and for security reason. There will be a $2.95 charge for each box that requires deep cleaning upon return.

  • 12. Is Green Cubes a moving company?

    No, we are not a moving company. We specializes our services in renting Eco-friendly moving/temporary storage box, and providing our customers with drop off and pick up services. However, we can refer you to local moving companies that we usually work with.
