* Environmental Protection Agency stated that reusing is a better option to recycling because it reduces the waste and energy consumption that might otherwise used for reprocessing.
* According to the U.S. Census Bureau 1 in 6 Americans move each year and an average individual moves 11.7 times in their lifetime. If an average individual uses 15 cardboard boxes in each move; that will equal to 580.5 million boxes. The fact is only 25 percents of used cardboard boxes are actually recycled, and the rest of them end up in landfills.
* Papers and cardboards fill up nearly half of all the garbage generated in the U.S. and burying them in our overstuffed local landfill is not sustainable to our environment.
